RS.80.1200
Overview
The ROShell RS.80.1200 is the highest-pressure model in the RS.80 side-port range, engineered for 8-inch reverse osmosis membranes in severe-duty industrial environments. Designed for continuous service, it delivers excellent structural integrity, dependable sealing, and long-term operational reliability in high-pressure RO systems. The side port design provides flexibility in system layout and manifold configuration, supported by multiple available port sizes. Precision internal sealing surfaces help maintain leak-free performance, while the integrated locking slot and quick-release spiral retaining ring enable easier installation and maintenance. Produced from filament-wound fiberglass reinforced epoxy composite, the RS.80.1200 offers outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for demanding service conditions. This model is rated for 1200 PSI / 83 bar and qualified to 7200 PSI / 496 bar.

Standard Supply (What is Included?
- Complete FRP membrane housing painted white with a high gloss polyurethane finish.
- Complete end plate assembly.
- Quantity and size (1.5" to 4") of F/C ports as requested by customer.
- Permeate port with 1.5" IPS grooved end and 1" BSP female end connection provided as standard. Other connection types are available upon request.
- One (1) solid (blind) type and one (1) standard (open) membrane adaptor (1.125" diameter) as standard. Other membrane adaptors are available subject to client membrane data.
- Three (3) saddle assemblies, including six (6) strap screws, are provided for lengths of 4 elements and larger. Two (2) full saddle assembly sets are provided for lengths of 3 elements and smaller, depending on housing length.
Warranty
12 months from the date of dispatch.
